Private One-on-one training is a training program that is created specifically for you based on your medical history, abilities, goals, movement/performance assessment and schedule. Following the assessment, you will execute your personalized program in a one-on-one training environment where you will be coached closely on exercise form and technique.  This program is offered to all fitness levels and individuals.

Semi-Private Training

Semi-Private Training is a training program that is created for you based on an initial assessment that takes into account your medical history, abilities, goals, movement/performance assessment and schedule. Following the assessment clients will execute personal training in a small group setting with up to 4 other clients who are also working on their own individual programs. Each person still has an individualized program tailored to their needs while working in a group training setting. This setting can be a great motivator to help you reach your goals.

Team Training

Team Training will allow athletes to perform better in their chosen sport. Every athlete is looking to become elite in their position and move to the next level. Teams will undergo movement screens, performance assessments and programming that is sport-specific and periodized for the team and the individual athletes.

Sport Specific-Semi Private Training

Sport Specific-Semi Private Training will allow athletes to perform better in their chosen sport. Every athlete is looking to become elite in their position and move to the next level. Each athlete will undergo movement screens, performance assessments and programming that is sport-specific and periodized for the individual athlete and paired with athletes of similar skill and age.
