
Dr. Tanner Dunlop
Orthopaedic SurgeonDr. Tanner Dunlop, MD, FRCSC, is an Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Sports and Upper Extremity Reconstruction surgery. He is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Saskatchewan. Dr. Dunlop received his Medical Degree in 2007 and completed his Orthopedic Surgery Residency training in 2016, both at the University of Saskatchewan. He then completed a one year fellowship in Sports Medicine and Upper Extremity Reconstruction at the Pan Am Clinic through the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, MB. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
Dr. Dunlop has a special interest in upper extremity surgery, arthroscopy and sports medicine. This includes elbow arthroscopy, tendon repairs (including distal biceps), elbow ligament reconstructions (including Tommy John surgery), open and arthroscopic capsular releases, elbow arthroplasty, cubital tunnel syndrome, wrist arthroscopy, wrist ligament reconstructions, TFCC surgery, partial and complete wrist fusions, acute and chronic (nonunion) scaphoid fractures, soft tissue pathology (ganglions, cysts, etc), tendinopathies, wrist arthroplasty, basilar thumb arthritis, trigger fingers and carpal tunnel syndrome.
