Mitchell is a strength and conditioning coach with extensive experience across professional baseball and hockey, having worked with organizations such as the Arizona Diamondbacks, Minnesota Twins, and Calgary Flames. His philosophy is built on biomechanics, individualized athletic development, and evidence-based return-to-play progressions that bridge the gap between rehab and performance.
He sees every patient as an athlete, because whether competing professionally, returning from injury, or simply aiming to move without limitation, the principles of athletic performance apply. His coaching is designed to address the root causes of movement inefficiencies, build strength and resilience, and prepare each athlete to thrive in their sport or daily life.
As a lifelong learner, Mitchell has studied under some of the most forward-thinking coaches in the field, including completing Bill Hartman’s Intensive program twice. By combining cutting-edge science with practical sport application, he creates training environments where athletes can safely return to play, unlock new levels of performance, and build long-term durability.
