Karim Mehdi is a Certified Athletic Therapist (CAT(C)) from Montreal, QC. After completing his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science (Athletic Therapy) at Concordia University, Karim went on to develop diverse clinical and high performance sport experience across multiple elite environments.

Throughout his training, Karim worked in professional soccer with CF Montréal’s First Team in MLS, Roses FC in the Northern Super League, and CS Saint Laurent’s semi professional side in Ligue 1 Québec. With Saint Laurent, he was part of the staff that made history as the first semi professional team in Canada to defeat a professional club, contributing to player preparation, match day support, and overall team performance during a landmark moment for the organization.

Karim’s passion extends beyond sport as he is driven by a genuine commitment to helping people feel, move, and live better. After years of working with high performance and professional athletes, he now brings that same level of care, precision, and evidence based practice to the general population. Karim combines manual therapy, exercise prescription, movement analysis, and patient education to create personalized rehabilitation plans that empower individuals of all backgrounds to achieve their goals and return to the activities that matter most to them.
