Keyara serves as the Surgical Director RN for Acumen, bringing a strong clinical foundation and a dedication to excellence in surgical care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of British Columbia Okanagan in 2016 and went on to complete a specialty certification in perioperative nursing.
Keyara spent six years in Kelowna as a perioperative nurse, focusing primarily on orthopaedic and neurological surgery. Her commitment to exceptional patient care and her ability to excel in fast-paced surgical environments later guided her into medical supply and surgical instrumentation sales. During her two years in this sector, she expanded her expertise in product specialization, client support, and clinical-business integration.
A proud mother to one son, Keyara enjoys life in the Okanagan wine country, where she practices hot yoga, hikes local trails, skis in the winter months, and explores the region’s culinary scene as an enthusiastic foodie.
In her role as Surgical Director at Acumen, Keyara is proud to integrate her surgical expertise, business insight, and compassionate leadership to support meaningful patient experiences and improved outcomes.
