With a Medical Office Assistant certification and over a decade of experience in customer service and Alberta Health Services medical administration, Courtney brings a wealth of knowledge, dedication, and compassion to the patient care team at Acumen. Her passion for healthcare stems from a lifelong desire to help others, making her role at the clinic a natural fit.
Courtney was immediately drawn to the supportive and dynamic environment at Acumen and knew right away it was the place she wanted to grow her career. As a new mom, she balances her professional life with time spent with her daughter, husband, and their beloved dogs.
She’s excited to begin this new chapter as a Patient Care Coordinator and is committed to ensuring every patient feels welcomed, supported, and empowered on their journey to better health.
